Marys Peak is a mountain in Benton County, Oregon, United States, southwest of Philomath. “A native of Kalapuya called the peak Cha Timanwi, or “place of spiritual power.” It is the highest peak on the Oregon coast. It is also the highest point in Benton County, and is the eleventh most famous in the state. The height of the peak is 1250 meters.
