Grand Teton is a national park in the United States, in northwestern Wyoming. It has an area of about 130,000 hectares and includes most of the Teton mountain range and the northern part of the Jackson Hole valley. Grand Teton is located just 10 miles south of Yellowstone National Park. The two parks are connected by an area known as the Memorial Alley. John Davison Rockefeller, which is also managed by the Grand Teton Park Authority. The territories of both national parks, as well as the national forests and other protected areas adjacent to them, form the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, with an area of approximately 7,300,000 hectares, which is one of the largest remaining mid-latitude ecosystems in the world.
