Winnipeg Beach is a city in the Interlake region, in the Canadian province of Manitoba. The city was founded in 1900 by Sir William White and is located at the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 229 on the southwest shore of Lake Winnipeg, about 56 kilometers north of Winnipeg.
