The Citadel of Quebec Webcam

Fortress Quebec is a military fortification located on Cape Diaman in Quebec City. Adjacent to the Fields of Abraham, it is an integral part of the fortifications of the old city. Quebec is the only city in North America that has retained its ensemble of military fortifications.
