This rotating webcam is installed on the building of Lakeland PBS and shows the southeastern part of the city of Bemidji.
At the beginning of the broadcast, the camera offers a western view: a water tower rises in the center of the frame, the scenic Great River Road runs to the left, and a large parking lot is visible on the right.
The camera then slowly pans to the right, showing the spacious parking area, the residential building at 715 Lake Shore Dr NE, and continues toward the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bemidji, MN.
