This webcam is installed on the Alexander County Courthouse building and is facing west.
In front of you, the frame opens up a view of the downtown area of Taylorsville, North Carolina. In the central part of the frame, you can see the Alexander County Courthouse Park. Slightly above, the event area is visible. To the right, West Main Avenue is visible. At the bottom of the frame is the parking lot along 1st St SW, right by the courthouse.
Sometimes the camera turns to the right, showing the intersection of 1st St SW and West Main Avenue, where the Main Avenue Music store and the Antiques & Pawn bus stop are clearly visible. Further to the left in the distance, the popular AutoZone Auto Parts store can be noticed.
