Unity Square (Vienības laukums) Webcam

This live cam is installed on the popular Park Hotel Latgola (Viesnīca "Latgola") and faces southwest.
Before you is a panoramic view of the very heart of the city. In the foreground, you can see Unity Square (Vienības laukums) — the main hub of Daugavpils, which hosts all major city festivals, fairs, and concerts, and where the main Christmas tree lights up in winter.
On the left, you can see the monumental Unity House (Vienības nams) — a unique 1930s architectural landmark that houses the famous Daugavpils Theater. Slightly higher and further back stands a beautiful large building: the main campus of Daugavpils University (Daugavpils Universitāte). To the right is the shady Dubrovin Park (Dubrovina parks), with the historic red-brick fire station clearly visible next to it.
In the background, the view opens up to the southwestern outskirts of Daugavpils, where on a clear day you can spot the picturesque suburb of Kalkūni in the distance. Watch the city life live!
