Sea Port Webcam

This webcam is installed on the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf building and faces southeast.
In front of you, the view opens up to the entrance of the Port of Mobile. Right in the center of the frame, you will spot an interesting dark shape with a multitude of cranes—this is the famous Alabama Shipyard, LLC (formerly Bender Shipbuilding), located on Pinto Island. This legendary shipyard is one of the largest on the Gulf Coast, specializing in large-scale repair and modernization of massive US commercial and military vessels.
On the left side of the frame, you can see a huge industrial warehouse, and right next to it, a green Wildlife Preserve is visible. On the right side, you can see the industrial port coastline and, in the distance, Choctaw Point with APM Terminals - Mobile.
