Morrow Plots Webcam

This webcam is installed on the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology building and faces west.
At first glance, the frame shows a seemingly ordinary view of a field and buildings. However, this location is an invaluable scientific environment. The field in the center is the famous Morrow Plots, the oldest experimental corn field in the US, established in 1876 and designated as a National Historic Landmark. Just above the field, a major reconstruction of the unique Undergraduate Library is underway, featuring three full levels below ground. The building further above is the Main Library, while W Gregory Dr and the South Quad are visible on the left.
