In the frame, you can see the famous campus square of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Right in the center is the legendary Alma Mater statue — the main symbol of the campus, created by sculptor Lorado Taft in 1929. The four-meter bronze female figure opens her arms in welcome, while the two statues behind her symbolize the university's motto: "Learning and Labor."
