This webcam is installed on the Gurutto Fukushima building on Chuo-dori Street, facing southwest.
The camera overlooks a section of National Route 13 passing through the Okitamacho neighborhood in Fukushima City. In the lower left, you can see the entrance to the Shinobudori Parking Lot, and slightly above it, the intersection of National Route 13 and Azuma-dori Street. The Nakaya Liquor Store (中屋酒店) building is featured prominently in the center of the frame.
