Avenir Centre Plaza Webcam

This webcam is installed in Moncton near the famous Avenir Centre landmark and faces north.
You have a great view of one of downtown's focal points — Avenir Centre Plaza (Downtown Place), the city's main public square. The entire lower half of the frame is occupied by the landscaped square itself, featuring walking paths, green lawns, a stage, and the Ian Fowler Oval, where an ice rink is open in winter and festivals are held during the summer. Above, a panorama of urban development unfolds: on the right, the newly built Hyatt Place Moncton / Downtown hotel is clearly visible, to the left in the very center rises another high-rise hotel, Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown by IHG, further along Highfield St is visible, and on the left side of the frame stands the massive historic Dominion Public Building, which houses government and federal offices.
Watch downtown Moncton's life, the weather, and events on the city's main square in real time.
