Fort Madison Bridge Webcam

This webcam is installed on the building of the Kingsley Inn hotel and faces southeast.
Before you opens an interesting view of one of the region's most famous engineering landmarks — the BNSF Fort Madison Toll Bridge, also known as the Mississippi River Bridge. This unique bridge over the Mississippi River is used by both rail and road transport and is an important transportation artery between the states of Iowa and Illinois.
In the center of the frame, the bridge itself and its approaches are clearly visible. On the left side of the image runs Ave H (US-61 BUS), one of the city's main roads. To the right of the BNSF Riverview Park Crossing railroad crossing is Riverview Drive, which runs along the riverbank.
On the opposite bank of the Mississippi, you can see the small town of Niota, located in the state of Illinois. Thanks to the webcam's excellent location, viewers can watch the movement of trains, cars, and vessels, as well as admire the panorama of the great Mississippi River.
