Wealthy locals frequent Newbury Street for designer boutiques, international brand stores, art galleries, and cafes in the open courtyards of sophisticated brick houses. Between the 19th century buildings - Trinity Church and the Boston Public Library - there is a large Copley Square. The greened streets of the district are strewn with mansions. There are especially many of them on Commonwealth Avenue, which resembles Paris in its appearance.
