The Genesee is a river in the Northeastern United States that flows into Lake Ontario. Length - 253 km, drainage basin area - 6475 km². The river originates in northern Pennsylvania, after which it flows in a northerly direction, where it flows into Lake Ontario in the territory of Rochester. The river abounds with waterfalls even near the mouth.
