Camera Overview
This webcam is installed on the Rumoi City Hall building (留萌市役所) and faces south.
The view shows the city of Rumoi and its scenic coastline. On the right, you can see the urban shore including Golden Beach Rumoi (ゴールデンビーチるもい). On the left stands a wide gray building — the Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau, Rumoi Development and Construction Department. The lower part of the frame shows residential houses, while in the distance stretch the hills of the “Ruru Moppe Recreation Forest” nature reserve and wind turbines.
