Camera Overview

This 360° PTZ webcam is installed in the very center of the French town of Aubagne on Place de l'Église and shows the entire town from its very heart.
Aubagne is a cozy Provencal town near Marseille, world-famous as the birthplace of the writer Marcel Pagnol and the historical center for the production of traditional ceramics and clay figurines called "santons".
At the beginning of the broadcast, the camera is facing west, showing the square itself against the background of the picturesque mountains Mont Carpiagne and Mont Saint-Cyr. Moving to the right, the lens captures the town center, where the white multi-story residential building Tour FOCH clearly stands out. Further in the frame, a wider panorama opens up: the long Allée des Faienciers stretches below, and the famous rocky peak of Le Garlaban rises majestically above the town. Then you will see a bridge over the Huveaune river, and at the end of its rotation, closer to the starting point, the camera shows the ancient church Église Saint-Sauveur d'Aubagne.
