Camera Overview

This webcam is installed on building No. 15 Takahata and faces northeast.
At the center of the frame is the Ryogoku Kokugikan Sumo Arena (両国国技館), built in 1985 and known as the “home of Japanese sumo,” hosting major tournaments and national events.
To the right stands the massive white Edo-Tokyo Museum (江戸東京博物館), dedicated to the history and culture of Tokyo from the Edo period to modern times.
On the left is Kokugikan-dori St., and at the bottom, Ryōgoku Station (両国駅) provides easy access to the arena and museum.
Above the arena, the popular APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Eki Tower is visible, and to the left, the iconic Tokyo Skytree, one of the city’s landmarks.
